Silver Maple Landscaping, LLC was started in 2001 with a pickup truck, trailer and one mower. As we grew, we realized bark mulch was to be a large part of our landscape maintenance business. In 2004, we bought our first mulch blower. It was a tow behind unit that held about 4.5 yards of mulch. It worked great on jobs where the mulch was on site but wasn't efficient when we had to travel with quantities of mulch. So, in 2008, we purchased our current truck from a contractor in Tennessee. This truck carries 10 yards of mulch and soon will be enlarged to hold 13 yards. This helps us get more mulch applied daily, which in turn gives our customers a fast turn around time on their mulch installation needs.
